He soon returned, his whole face 7. beaming with delight(高興得滿臉通紅). 8. Laughter lingered around the room. (笑聲在房間里縈繞)

            2.傷心

I was selected to represent my school in the approaching contest this year. But I was so proud that I neglected the importance of practicing for the contest. On the day of the contest, I began to lose confidence in myself and suffered from stage fright. In the end I walked off the stage, 1.my eyes filled with tears (眼里飽含淚水).Finally, results were announced after the contest. I did not win any prizes. Eventually,  5. unable to contain his anger, my husband stormed out of the room, slamming the door furiously behind him(無法控制心中的怒氣,我丈夫氣得沖出房間,狠狠地摔上門).

            4.害怕

The hungry bear followed his nose to our camp, which was surrounded by a high wire fence. He pulled and bit the wire. He stood on his back legs and pushed at the wooden fence posts. 1.A burst of horror held me entirely in its power, and I was unable to move an inch (恐懼噴薄而出,將我緊緊包圍,我已經寸步難行了). 2. Extremely frightened/panicked, I felt my legs trembling and my palms sweating (驚恐不已,我覺得兩腿發(fā)抖,手心冒汗). Beside me was my wife, who was rooted to the ground, 3. who was rooted to the ground, frozen with fear (嚇呆了).
